Job summary

City Barbeque, LLC in Indianapolis is hiring for back-of-house roles including Prep Cook, Pits and Dish Washer. You will follow recipes, prep foods, and keep sanitation standards high while working quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
