Job summary

City Barbeque is hiring for back-of-house positions in Raleigh, NC. Roles include Prep Cook, Pits, and Dish Washer. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow established recipes, and uphold our sanitation standards while delivering great hospitality to guests.

Candidates should be reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to cross-train across stations to support daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner.
• Cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Follow recipes and procedures with consistency.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.
• Pitch in to help teammates and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes, neatly and safely.
• Collaborate to prepare take-out and catering orders promptly.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
