Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incident and service-request queues, prioritizing tickets based on impact and severity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, application, and mobile-device issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Provide first-level support for Windows desktops, laptops, thinclients, smartphones, tablets, scanners, and business applications.
• Set up, configure, image, deploy, repair, refresh, and decommission end-user devices.
• Support remote user onboarding, software installations, data transfers, device replacements, and account or equipment changes.
• Manage iOS and Android devices using Intune, XenMobile, compliance policies, configurations, and conditional access.
• Track ticket progress, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and maintain accurate asset-management records.
• Create and update SOPs, knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting workflows, and issue-resolution guides.
• Coordinate with asset-management teams, DaaS providers, security teams, and third-party vendors for equipment, repairs, replacements, and disposal.
• Securely wipe, sanitize, back up, and dispose of devices and storage media according to approved procedures.
• Monitor meeting-room technology, system alerts, outages, and critical infrastructure notifications.
• Assist higher-level support teams with testing, issue isolation, root-cause analysis, and security-related device remediation.
