Position Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join our team across multiple locations including Mesa, AZ; Bellevue, Everett, and Kent, WA; Berkeley and Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Long Beach and Seal Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, organizational initiatives, and procurement activities.
2. Maintain procurement processes and systems.
3. Utilize procurement and planning systems for analysis and requirement validation.
4. Coordinate and track action items, metrics, supplier management, planning, procurement, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, and inventory analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience in access management, identity & access governance, or IT security.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and supplier access management tools.
• Experience with SOX compliance, user validation, and revalidation processes.
• Hands-on experience with supplier enablement projects, system access control, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Exostar, STAR/CSMART, and ESA Footprints Project Management tools.

Additional Details

This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at listed locations. It is a first-shift role and may involve travel up to 15%. The role requires U.S. Person status under export control regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $54,400 - $71,400. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, among others.
