Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of automotive estimating or insurance claims processing preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with solid math and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard and dealership systems.
• Identify parts, labor and materials while ensuring pricing accuracy and transparency.
• Communicate repair scope, timelines and updates to customers clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians, painters and parts teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Liaise with insurance companies to support claims processing and approvals.
• Monitor progress and ensure work meets quality and timelines.
• Perform final inspections to ensure safety and dealership standards.
• Maintain documentation, estimate logs and conversion tracking reports.
