Job summary

Toyota of Stroudsburg is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician who takes pride in repairing vehicles correctly and wants to build a future with a team that shares that commitment.

You will perform collision repairs, welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body work following manufacturer procedures, with a focus on quality, safety, and clear communication within the shop.

Qualifications

• Hands-on collision repair experience and pride in workmanship.
• Experience welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body filler application.
• Certifications such as I-CAR, ASE or manufacturer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
• Identify damage and required repair operations early in the process.
• Develop complete repair plans with estimators and parts staff.
• Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, and reassembly.
• Check work throughout the repair and communicate progress.
• Maintain an organized workspace and share knowledge with the team.
