Toyota of Stroudsburg is seeking a Body Shop Technician to perform collision repairs, identify damage early, and collaborate with estimators and parts professionals to craft precise repair plans.

You will complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a commitment to continuous learning within a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on collision repair experience.
• Welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body filler application skills.
• I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Commitment to proper repair methods, accuracy, and continuous learning.
• Dependability and honest communication with teammates.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
• Identify damage, required repair operations, and additional needs early in the repair process.
• Partner with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete, accurate repair plans.
• Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly within your qualifications.
• Check your work throughout the repair process.
• Communicate progress and obstacles to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a team that shares knowledge and takes ownership.
