Job summary

Toyota of Stroudsburg is seeking a committed Body Shop Technician to repair vehicles to manufacturer standards and contribute to a collaborative team in our busy shop.

You will handle disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, and reassembly while upholding quality and safety. This role emphasizes accuracy, continuous learning, and strong communication within the shop to keep repairs on track.

Qualifications

• Hands-on collision repair experience
• Experience with welding, measuring, frame pulling and body filler application
• Certifications preferred (I-CAR, ASE, manufacturer, or welding)
• Commitment to proper repair methods, accuracy, and continuous learning
• Dependability and honest communication with teammates
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the shop's success

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
• Identify damage, required repair operations, and additional needs early in the repair process.
• Partner with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete, accurate repair plans.
• Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly within your qualifications.
• Check your work throughout the repair process and communicate progress and obstacles.
• Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a knowledge-sharing team.
