Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. We have an opening for a Body Shop / Collision Repair Apprentice.

This on-site role offers hands-on training and starts the path to Bodyman status in Greensboro, NC. The apprentice will perform light body work under close supervision, assist bodymen with heavy-duty repairs, attend training sessions, keep the workspace clean, and take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are required.
• Must be able to listen and work closely with others to learn repairs.
• Positive can-do attitude is essential.
• Must have necessary tools to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs body type work under supervision.
• Assists bodymen in heavy-duty truck body repair.

Job Overview & Essential Functions

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Body Shop / Collision Repair Apprentice. The role of the Body Shop / Collision Repair Apprentice is to perform light body work under close supervision. First stage of training for Bodyman status.

• Performs body type work under supervision.
• Assists bodymen in heavy-duty truck body repair.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area and properly handles company tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
