The role of theBodymenis to perform heavy-duty body repair under general supervision, receiving on the job training in a development program to achieve Body Journeyman status. The Bodymen will perform general bodywork tasks, handle major components with supervision, troubleshoot minor issues, and participate in training sessions to advance

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on experience in a body shop field.
• Graduate of vocational course or equivalent training.
• Positive attitude with commitment to quality repairs.
• Must have the necessary tools to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or assists in the performance of general bodywork duties.
• Work on major components with close supervision.
• Perform trouble shooting on minor problems.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
• Advise the Shop Foreman if additional repair work is necessary.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of three years hand on experience and on the job training in a related body shop field.

• Must have necessary tools required to perform position responsibilities
