Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience
• I-CAR Certification in body repair and welding preferred
• OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes highly valued
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret repair data and measurements

Responsibilities

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders to standards
• Communicate effectively with team regarding repair progress and requirements
• Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work
• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols including PPE
• Conduct QC inspections upon completion of work
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally
