Responsibilities

• Body repair work - Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturers and dealership standards.
• Manage parts: ordering and receiving; advise management of deviations from estimate.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper state of repair; communicate needs to management.
• Follow safety regulations; wear PPE and operate tools safely.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Job Summary:

Repair damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Body repair work -Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturers and dealership standards. Check body parts against the estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received. Must advise management of any deviations from the estimate.
• Tools and Equipment – Must maintain in proper state of repair and advise management of any needed repairs.
• Safety – Must wear all safety and health personal protective equipment as mandated and operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Compliance – Must company with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal. OSHA Right-to-know, etc
