Caliber Collision Beaverton is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to learn vehicle repair from industry-approved techniques and work under a mentor. You’ll read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and ensure quality and accuracy as you develop hands-on skills.

The TAP Body Apprentice offers weekly pay, immediate benefits, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, a $1,000 anniversary bonus after 12 months, and potential earnings of $70,000+ per year upon completion.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
