Job summary

Caliber Collision Ontario is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) - Body Apprentice to learn repair techniques and contribute to restoring vehicles under a mentor. You’ll read estimates, identify damage, and check work quality as you progress through the program.

No prior experience required; Caliber provides training, a tool bag after 90 days, weekly pay, day-one benefits, and a strong path to a career as a body technician.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
• Read estimates, identify damage, and learn to repair vehicles under a mentor.
• Check work for quality and accuracy as you progress through TAP.
