Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred.

  • I-CAR / ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in damage assessment and repair planning.
  • Identify all necessary repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
  • Follow work orders to plan procedures.
  • Remove upholstery, accessories, and damaged parts; store or cover parts to prevent damage.
  • Repair body damage via hammering, filling, welding, and fitting panels to industry standards.
  • Operate hand and power tools such as welders, soldering equipment, and sanders.
  • Finish surfaces and prepare vehicles for painting.
  • Replace defective parts and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: I-CAR / ASE certifications.
  • 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Customer-focused with teamwork skills.
  • Ability to understand written instructions.
  • Background check required.
