As a Body Shop Technician, you will evaluate collision damage and perform body repairs on vehicles. Your tasks include testing vehicles, assessing structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage, and working with estimators to determine repair costs. Repairs may involve straightening bent bodies, replacing parts, removing dents, and refinishing metal with various tools. Requirements for Automotive Body Technicians:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive collision training (highly preferred)
• 5+ years of collision repair experience
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• High productivity with quality work
• Ability to work well with co-workers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand manufacturer specifications
• Physical ability to perform all job functions involving bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
