Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a Truck Body Technician to join our growing team for hands-on repairs in a family-owned shop with a focus on quality craftsmanship. This role emphasizes safe, precise work on truck bodies.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with evenings and weekends free. A high school diploma is required, and 2+ years of mechanical experience or a related trade school certificate is preferred. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience or a 2-year mechanical trade school certificate preferred.
• Valid Class D driver’s license; Class A license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• ASE certification and truck body repair knowledge preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality repairs.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience or a 2-year mechanical trade school certificate preferred.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and acceptable driving record; Class A license preferred or willing to obtain one.
• ASE certification and truck body repair knowledge preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.
