Qualifications

• 18+ years old with 1–2 years of body repair or semi-tractor maintenance experience.
• Willing to work outdoors, or across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• A/C certification and DOT/FHWA inspections experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged equipment and create cost estimates for repairs.
• Rebuild and paint wrecked trucks, hoods, and body parts (fiberglass focus).
• Perform maintenance per manufacturer specs; follow SRT and warranty guidelines.
• Troubleshoot tractor issues and work independently when needed.
• Operate wrecker to move trucks into the shop for repair.
• Maintain safety procedures and communicate with JB Hunt staff and customers.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, rebuilding, repairing, and painting of J.B. Hunt tractors and other equipment.
