Caliber Collision's Service Center Youngstown - South invites applicants to join the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. Learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under a mentor, while studying estimates and quality checks.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; you’ll be paid weekly, receive benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and a path to a body technician career with earning potential over $70,000 per year after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Complete required TAP training and certifications.
• Ability to read instructions and follow mentor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
