Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center is seeking experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our Colorado locations. We have steady, high-volume work and offer opportunities to work on a variety of vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency.

We value skilled technicians who can turn hours while following OEM procedures and maintaining top repair standards. I-CAR, ASE certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license is required to operate within our shop network.

Qualifications

• Experienced collision repair technicians.
• Strong structural and non-structural repair skills.
• Metal work, panel replacement, and frame repair experience.
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures.
• Technicians who can turn hours without sacrificing quality.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

$25–$30 PER FLAG HOUR

Pay based on experience, skill, certifications, and production ability.
