Qualifications

• 2+ years of Body Shop and/or Mechanical experience.
• Combination of education, training, or experience providing the required knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders to understand needed repairs.
• Install and repair truck equipment.
• Complete jobs within established time frames.
• Maintain a high quality of work.
• Develop good relations with customers and adjusters.

Skills

Solid working knowledge of power tools

Good communication skills

Good customer service skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience as a Painter

Training in body shop repair

Training in welding

Valid driver’s license

Education

High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
