Job summary

Russ Darrow Waukesha Body Shop is seeking a motivated Body Shop Technician to repair and refinish damaged vehicle parts in line with factory specifications. You’ll use hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment, performing dealer prep work as needed.

You’ll examine vehicles, estimate costs, perform welding and alignment, and document all work with precision. A strong safety mindset, high attention to detail, and a valid license are required for this early-career opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical institute preferred.
• I-Car certification preferred; automotive repair knowledge favorable.
• Valid driver's license and a good safety record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Perform repairs per estimates with accuracy per specs.
• Use power tools, cleaners, oils; weld, align, and paint.
• Diagnose or replace defective parts; document all work performed.
