NETC Fleet Services in Exeter, NH is hiring a Body Shop Technician to repair damaged vehicles with focus on quality from teardown to final inspection. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced shop, align panels, and ensure accurate finishing before refinishing.

Formación

• 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands-on experience.
• Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and own repairs.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components.
• Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts.
• Perform collision and structural repairs.
• Straighten damaged components and restore fit and alignment.
• Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint.
• Assist with refinishing work based on experience.
• Handle teardown and reassembly while organizing parts.
• Inspect work for fit, finish, alignment and quality.
• Work with writers and shop leadership to move jobs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

We’re growing our Bow, NH body shop and looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician who takes real pride in turning damaged vehicles back into work they’re proud to put their name on.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is hands-on body and collision work where quality matters from teardown to final inspection.

• Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components
• Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts
• Perform collision and structural repairs
• Straighten damaged components and restore proper fit and alignment
• Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint
• Assist with or perform refinishing work based on experience
• Handle teardown and reassembly while keeping parts and hardware organized
• Inspect completed work for fit, finish, alignment, and overall quality
• Work with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE SHOP

THE FOUNDATION:

• 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands‑on experience
• Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on repair skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your repairs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Your own basic hand tools — or willingness to obtain them
• Physical ability to handle shop work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
