Job summary

Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our high-performing Collision Center. You will perform precise collision repairs, frame work, and OEM-guided procedures in a state-of-the-art shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body repair experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of frame machines, welding, and modern repair tools.
• Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required).
• A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement.
• Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines.
• Perform frame measurements and straightening.
• Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay.
• Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
