Job summary

Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and teamwork. You will perform structural, frame, and panel work in a busy collision center, following OEM guidelines and safety protocols to ensure accurate repairs and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in body repair, knowledge of frame machines and welding, and a solid understanding of OEM procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body repair experience preferred.
• Knowledge of frame machines and welding.
• Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• I-CAR, ASE or OEM certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement.
• Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines.
• Perform frame measurements and straightening.
• Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay.
• Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
