Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Clear communication with teammates and customers.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Experience or familiarity with frame equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to standards.
• Follow safety requirements and accurately track repair time.
• Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
• Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
• Maintain and properly use required tools, returning tools after use.
• Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or operational concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and complete other assigned duties.
