Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Body Shop Painter and Painter Assistants to repair and paint vehicles while delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have some post-secondary automotive training and at least two years of dealer-level or large facility experience, plus an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Description

We are looking for a Body Shop Painter and Painter Assistants! The Body Shop Painter position includes repairing and paintingvehicles as assigned by management This person delivers the highest quality body shop repairs while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, they must adhere to all standards and procedures set by body shop. The Body Shop Painter must produce quality results on time or earlier.

The ideal candidate has some post-secondary automotive training and at least two years of dealer-level or large facility experience. They have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and a strong technical and customer service performance record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required. A certification or designation in the field of automotive repair is a plus.
