CarGuys Inc. in Salem, NC is seeking an experienced Body Shop Painter to join our dealership's paint team. You will perform expert-level paint and refinishing work across a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise color matching and flawless finishes.

You will prepare surfaces, mask and prime, collaborate with the body shop crew to meet production schedules, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering high-quality results and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on both minor touch-ups and full body refinishes.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• I-CAR certification or similar training is a plus.
