You will support technicians with vehicle prep, organize tools, move vehicles, and help maintain a clean workspace. This position offers growth in the automotive repair field and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous automotive or shop experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist body technicians with vehicle preparation and minor repair tasks.
• Work with the body shop technicians, painters, estimators, and detailers to ensure the best customer service experience.
• Ordering parts that are needed for repairs and keeping all parts needed for repair in order.
• Examines damaged vehicles and performs the repairs per the estimate.
• Documenting all work performed.
• Will clean the shop after the vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer.
• Will do a post-repair inspection and road test.
