• Prepare accurate repair estimates, ensuring alignment with established procedures.
• Maintain and manage repair schedules efficiently.
• Communicate supplements or adjustments to customers and insurance companies promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with management on new industry procedures and equipment.
