Job summary

Landers Auto Sales Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support our collision center operations. You will write accurate vehicle damage estimates, prepare reports, and keep customers informed on status updates throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, strong time management, and excellent communication skills. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with professional appearance and reliability emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including data entry, internet, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships between collision center, customer and insurance partners.
• Write accurate estimates, prepare damage reports and update customers daily with vehicle status.
• Keep all files current and attend daily release meetings to provide status updates.
• Record all damage on vehicles to ensure documentation of prior damage.
