Job summary

Baker Automotive Group, a premier Michigan auto group, seeks an experienced estimator to join its high-performing collision center. This full-time salaried role offers a performance bonus and a path to advance within a top-tier collision facility in Hudsonville, MI.

Responsibilities include delivering a world-class customer experience, serving as the primary contact for repair coordination, updating statuses, and generating OEM-based estimates while protecting gross profit.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair industry and CCC Estimating System.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to take on complex situations and negotiate positive outcomes.
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
• Michigan state license in collision repair.
• I-CAR training preferred.
