JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Body Shop Advisor in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate repair work with technicians, and liaise with insurance companies to manage authorizations and documents.

This role requires a proactive, team-driven approach and a commitment to accuracy in estimates and records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in a similar role, and familiarity with computer-based business systems.

• Mechanical and refinishing knowledge is helpful.
• Must possess demonstrated skills in computer generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.

Responsabilidades

• Process body shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to body shop associates, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Prepare estimates for repair work and parts; monitor schedules to ensure timeliness and pricing transparency.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records.
• Document and diagnose repairs with photos and clear documentation to support assessments.
• Work with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation.
• Maintain inventory of parts, paint and materials for repairs and minimize waste.
• Accurately track repair costs, labor hours, and materials to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to create positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Process all body shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to body shop Associates, demonstrating a commitment to efficient workflow and timely service.
• Provide effective communication to customers regarding their job orders by preparing estimates for repair work and parts; monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing, fulfilling commitments to transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner, adhering to financial procedures and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs, providing clear and visual documentation to support repair assessments.
• Work closely with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work, facilitating a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.
• Maintain inventory of parts, paint and materials necessary for repair functions, ensuring efficient resource management and minimizing waste.
• Accurately track and manage repair costs, labor hours, and materials used to ensure profitability and responsible financial management.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
