This role will service Personal Lines Auto Bodily Injury Claims, in the US and its territories. We are a remote working environment and emphasize work life balance.

Bodily Injury Manager– Personal Auto Claims

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owns the development and performance of a Personal Auto claims teams, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of Personal Auto bodily injury claims of moderate to high complexity and/or severity.
  • Oversee the handling of all aspects of the claims assigned to the team including reserving, communication, documentation, litigation management, evaluation, negotiation and settlement.
  • Providing technical and administrative oversight to claims professionals tasked with producing high-quality claim results.
  • Foster an environment of timely and accurate case evaluations that clearly assess the probability of success and initiate disposition strategy, using all forums for timely negotiation.
  • Lead, coach, train and develop your team of 5 to 7 bodily injury adjusters
  • Manage claim metric dashboards that highlight adjuster performance and effectively manage both high and low performers within the team.
  • Partner and collaborate with our technology and data teams to ensure your claims teams are enabled with transformative technology solutions and capturing the most important data throughout the life of the claim.
  • Ensure appropriate internal compliance controls are in place and adhered to.
  • Ensure team provides consistent, empathetic, and excellent service to claimants, customers, and clients throughout the auto claim lifecycle.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 7+ years of related experience in leadership.
  • Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states working. Ability to obtain proper licensing as required within 60 days of hire.
  • Expert claims knowledge in First and Third Party Personal auto claims handling.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions.
  • Comfortable leading teams with high frequency/ low to moderate severity claims
  • Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions and claims performance dashboards that show key claim metrics, including cycle time and closing ratios.
