Progressive is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join our Bodily Injury litigation team in a hybrid role based in Georgia.

You will represent Progressive insureds and the Progressive Insurance Companies in all phases of litigation, prepare pleadings, motions, and trial briefs, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with claims partners to manage risk and report on progress.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or LL.M. degree with auto litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Represent Progressive insureds in motor vehicle defense litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with claims partners.
• Analyze discovery, depositions, medical records to assess risk.
• Prepare timely litigation reports.
