Progressive Insurance is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join their Bodily Injury litigation team. This hybrid role involves legal representation for Progressive insureds in motor vehicle insurance defense and managing cases from inception to resolution.

Qualified candidates must hold a Juris doctor or LLM, be admitted to practice law in Connecticut, and live within driving distance of the office. Competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive work culture are offered.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to Progressive Insurance Companies.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and negotiate settlements.
• Analyze written discovery, depositions, medical records and assess claims.

Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)

Admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut
