Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our clinical team for PHP/IOP programs. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents aged 13–17, with assessments and treatment planning.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Counseling/Social Work/LMFT, Florida RMHCI/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT credentials, and 2+ years of relevant experience. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active Florida RMHCI, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT credential.
• 2+ years of adolescent mental health or PHP/IOP experience.
• On-site availability in Boca Raton, Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents.
• Complete clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
• Support teens addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health challenges.
• Build trust with adolescents and actively engage families in treatment.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and the clinical team to deliver coordinated care.
• Support crisis intervention, safety planning, discharge, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
