Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. in Alabama seeks a Bobcat/Trailer Cleaner responsible for cleaning trailers at the raw dock using a skid steer and preparing them for return to customers.

You will unload trailers, prep them with a pressure washer, perform general labor tasks, and uphold the company safety and food-safety programs. The role may require night and weekend work and you must follow written and verbal directions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the operation of machinery.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in the operation of machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good oral and written communications skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Frequently exposed to high noise levels, strong odors, varying temperatures, and biohazardous conditions.
• Requires prolonged sitting and movement throughout office/work locations, as well as occasional use of computers and office equipment.
• Must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb or balance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Requires the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
