Job summary

White’s Site Development, Inc. is looking for a skilled Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator to support central Florida site projects, including earthwork and utilities installation. The role requires 2 years of related experience and reliability.

The position involves equipment maintenance, outdoor work in varied weather, and strict adherence to safety rules. Expect 40–50 hours weekly with physical duties such as lifting up to 40 lbs and operating heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a like position.
• Must be self-motivated and ready to work.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions, heat, humidity, dust, and asphalt exposure.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 40 lbs, squat, walk and handle materials.
• Able to work 40–50 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for site projects.
• Knowledgeable in the areas of heavy civil construction, including dirt work, excavation, and grade work.

• Must be self‑motivated and ready to work.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Must be accustomed to working in an outdoor setting which could include inclement weather, heat & humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require bending, lifting (up to 40lbs), squatting, walking, and handling of materials.
• Must be able to work 40‑50 hours per week.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
