The Boat House is seeking a reliable Tractor Operator to maneuver boats on trailers across our yard, ensuring safe and precise movements. This full-time role requires operating tractors or similar yard equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors around water.

Primary responsibilities include moving boats on trailers, positioning for storage and service, and conducting safety checks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating tractors or similar yard equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Physically able to climb in/out of tractors and handle trailer connections.

Responsibilities

• Operate a yard tractor to move boats on trailers throughout the facility
• Hook up, transport, and position boats for storage, service, and display
• Conduct pre- and post-operation safety checks on all equipment
• Follow all company safety protocols and traffic patterns within the yard
• Communicate clearly with service and storage teams to ensure proper placement
• Assist with general yard organization and cleanliness
• Report any equipment or safety issues immediately to management
