Job summary

MarineMax in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Yard Team Member to maintain a clean, organized yard and showroom, ensuring boats and trailers are in operable condition and presentable for viewing.

You will assist with boat deliveries, perform basic maintenance, operate equipment, and support show setups and events; you will join a safety-first culture and contribute to a high-standard showroom.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding yard work, including lifting and climbing.
• Ability to operate forklifts or tractors with training.
• Willingness to handle boat deliveries and showroom prep.
• Adhere to safety protocols as part of MarineMax Safety Program.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• YARD: Check-in procedures for new boats delivered to the dealership.
• Operate a hydraulic jack or hoist as needed.
• General maintenance at the facility including small repairs, lawn, and dock maintenance.
• Safe operation of company vehicles, forklifts and equipment, including trailer handling.
• Provide vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in delivery of product to customers, including delivering trailer boats.
