Bridge Marina, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Technician in Lake Hopatcong to support our Lead Technicians and Service Department. You will help repair and maintain boats for guests and our fleet, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers indoor/outdoor work in seasonal conditions, training in marine systems, and opportunities to advance. A friendly, team-oriented culture values energy, attention to detail, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical and technical skills.
• Automotive/marine service experience preferred.
• Valid clean automobile driver’s license.
• Boating experience of 2+ years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical tasks: remove/replace parts, basic maintenance, repairs.
• Assist with oil changes, fluids exchanges, and related upkeep.
• Clean, buff, and bottom painting of boats; organize workspace.
• Move, launch, and trailer boats under supervision and then independently.
