Bridge Marina, Inc. is hiring Dockhands for Lake Hopatcong and Highlands locations. You’ll ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable boating experience, assist guests, and help maintain docks and boats. Training is provided for operating powerboats 18–25 ft.

We value dependable, team-oriented individuals with strong customer service and a safety-first mindset. Weekend summer shifts are required, with potential health benefits for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• Boating certificate and boating experience OR strong desire to work in the boating industry.
• Availability to work weekends during the summer season (May-September).
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a clean, safe, and fun boating experience.
• Provide guidance and support to marina guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of all marina docks and grounds daily.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Bridge Marina fleet.
• Operate powerboats ranging from 18 to 25 feet (training provided).
