Job summary

Mau Marine, Inc. in Okoboji, IA seeks a Driver- Boat Dealership to move boats on trailers within a 10-mile radius of the marina, load/unload from transports, and operate forklifts as needed. You will support the yard and marina logistics in a fast-paced family-owned environment.

The role reports to the Service Manager, ensuring timely boat movement for repairs and launches while maintaining safety and efficiency across the dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in driving, docking, trailering, and hoisting various types of boats.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible to long hours.

Responsibilities

• Careful movement of all boats as directed by Service Manager and Dispatchers (service writers).
• Efficient management of storage space by accurate positioning of storage boats within the building.
• Maintenance of Storage Log to record boat locations.
• Report any damaged equipment or damages to boats to service manager.
• Keeping storage facilities locked and secure.
• Always wear a radio to facilitate communication.
• Follow safety rules, processes, and procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
