The position involves handling resins, putty, fiberglass processes, and occasional lifting, with a focus on quality and safety in an outdoor/indoor work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to use drills and hand sander.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Ability to distinguish basic colors and shades.

Responsibilities

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping.
• All other duties as assigned
