Job summary

Skeeter Products, Inc. seeks a Laminator to prepare boats for production by performing hand lay-up and roll-out fiberglass lamination on decks, hulls, or small parts.

You will use wood, core mat, or fillers under the supervision of the Lamination department, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include detailed lamination tie-ins for components, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting supply needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass lamination production is preferred.
• Ability to interpret lamination processes and use of basic hand tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all hand lay-up/roll out process of fiberglass lamination in decks, hulls, or small parts using appropriate materials.
• Performs detailed lamination tie-in of components such as decks, live wells, liners, or bases.
• Rolls out resin/material following established procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and notifies supervisor of material needs.
• Able to work in heat and manage fiberglass dust/particles.
• Follow instructions accurately and work in 8+ hour shifts.
