Job summary

Malibu Boats is seeking a detail-oriented team member to clean the interior and exterior of boats, apply and install graphics, final parts, and soft grip. You will pack loose parts and prep boats for shipping.

Responsibilities include removing seats, vacuuming carpets, verifying parts using laser level, applying decals, inspecting for damage, and preparing boats for shipping.

Must have basic hand and power tools knowledge and be able to read, speak, and write English.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Mathematical skills: ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.

Responsibilities

• Remove seats from boat, vacuum carpet, and wipe dust and dirt from areas using cleaning detergents.
• Verify correct final parts and graphics with laser level when needed.
• Wipe excess compound from hull.
• Inspect inside/outside of boat for damage.
• Pack and place loose parts per order.
• Install warning stickers.
• Set tower down and cover boat for shipping.
• Install vents, swim boards, and emblems per work order.
• Other duties may be assigned.
