Job summary

MBI in Cobalt, TN is seeking workers to clean and prep boats for shipping, install graphics, and assemble final parts. You will remove seats, vacuum carpets, verify graphics using laser level, and pack loose parts per order. The role requires basic hand and power tool knowledge, plus ability to read and follow instructions.

Other duties include applying safety stickers, installing vents and emblems, and covering boats for transport. Most shifts are long, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove seats from boat, vacuum carpet, wipe dust and dirt.
• Verify final parts and graphics using laser level when needed.
• Wipe excess compound from hull and inspect boat.
• Pack and place loose parts per order in set location.
• Install warning stickers, vent and emblem per work order.
• Prepare boat for shipping with shrink cover; handle 10 hour days.
