Qualifications

• Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Must work in heat and tolerate dust, chemical, and fiberglass exposure.
• Maintain good quality and attendance habits, follow instructions carefully.

Responsibilities

• Use utility knife, air-powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, and staplers to install necessary parts.
• Follow detailed instructions and drawings to assemble wiring kits.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Follow 5S and TVP standards and keep the work area clean.
• Maintain and adjust tools and equipment for safe operation.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support assembly process.

Job Summary

Performs any combination of various tasks such as cutting carpet, installing livewells, tanks, wiring and wiring systems, electrical panels, instrumentation, lights, steering, trim, rails, seats, doors, cutting fuel and water hoses, building trolling, distributions and stereo harnesses per drawings supplied, troubleshooting wiring systems, etc. to ensure proper assembly of the finished product is correct and is working properly.

Job Duties

• Use utility knife, air‑powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, mini‑saws, staplers, and pop rivet guns to install necessary parts.
• Follow detailed instructions and drawings to assemble wiring kits.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Promote and maintain 5S and TVP standards.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
