Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Assembly professional in the Boston area to read technical drawings and assemble boats and components. You will fit hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other parts with hand and power tools, ensuring precise tolerances and quality checks throughout the process.

With strong emphasis on safety and collaboration, you will work alongside technicians and engineers to meet production schedules, maintain tools and equipment, and document assembly steps for traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions verbally or in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read/hear, interpret and exchange accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings to assemble boats.
• Assemble hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other components.
• Ensure proper alignment using hand/power tools and precision instruments.
• Perform quality checks and address defects with QA team.
• Follow safety protocols and report concerns to supervisors.
• Coordinate with technicians and engineers to maintain workflow.
